Returns & Exchanges


Our Returns Policy allows for returns up to 30 days upon delivery.

Holiday Returns: items purchased between Nov. 15th - Dec. 31st are eligible for extended returns through Jan. 31st.

Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered. Please note that items sent back without a return authorization will take longer to refund. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied. (Example: Footwear returned with damage to the shoebox, or without a box, will be returned to the customer.) 

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
